    Product availability is subject to change without notice. While we strive to keep the website updated, we cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock.

    When you place an order on Krishna Creations, you are making an offer to purchase the sarees in your cart. The order will only be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us, and payment has been successfully processed.

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for various reasons, including product unavailability or fraud detection.

    All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

    Defective Sarees: If you receive a defective saree, we offer an exchange as the only solution. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

    Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You must provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos) and your order details for a smooth exchange process.

    Condition of Product: Sarees for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

    Account Creation: You may create an account to save your details for future purchases, track your order history, and manage your preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

    Password Protection: Please ensure your password is strong and do not share your account login details with anyone to maintain security.
